  • 1 cup dates pitted and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
  • ½ cup gluten-free pretzels crushed
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread chopped dates evenly.
  • Warm nut butter slightly and spread over dates.
  • Melt chocolate with ghee in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over nut butter layer.
  • Sprinkle crushed gluten-free pretzels on top and press them lightly into the chocolate.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then cut into pieces and serve!
