- 1 cup dates pitted and roughly chopped
- ½ cup nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
- ½ cup gluten-free pretzels crushed
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread chopped dates evenly.
Warm nut butter slightly and spread over dates.
