- 12 gluten-free graham crackers
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 7 ounces dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap.
Mix peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into Greek yogurt until combined.
Arrange half of the graham crackers in the baking dish.
Spread the peanut butter mixture, then the whipped cream mixture, evenly.
Place the remaining graham crackers on top and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove, cut into squares, and dip in melted dark chocolate mixed with ghee.
Freeze until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
