  • 12 gluten-free graham crackers
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap.
  • Mix peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  • Fold whipped cream into Greek yogurt until combined.
  • Arrange half of the graham crackers in the baking dish.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture, then the whipped cream mixture, evenly.
  • Place the remaining graham crackers on top and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove, cut into squares, and dip in melted dark chocolate mixed with ghee.
  • Freeze until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
