Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
  • Wooden skewers
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter evenly into the baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting into small squares.
  • Thread squares onto skewers and drizzle with caramel sauce. Enjoy!

Ensure bars are fully cooled before cutting for clean edges.
