Ingredients

  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ bittersweet chocolate chips.

Instructions
