Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Fork or Dipping Tool
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free pretzels mini twists recommended
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white melting wafers
  • Candy eyes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional, for smoother melting

Instructions
 

  • Add white chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel into melted chocolate using a fork, coating evenly. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Press two candy eyes onto each pretzel while chocolate is still wet.
  • Drizzle additional melted chocolate over pretzels using a fork to create bandage effect.
  • Let cool at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Notes

Use pretzel twists with larger openings for the best "mummy face" look
Work in small batches so chocolate doesn't harden before decorating
Add more coconut oil if chocolate is too thick for drizzling
Make these dairy-free by using dairy-free white chocolate
