  • 1 can 14.75 oz of salmon, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for frying

Instructions
 

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flaked salmon, gluten-free bread crumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties:

  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Cook the Patties:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  • Place the salmon patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve:
