Homemade Fruit + Honey Freezer Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped fruit raspberries, passion fruit pulp, or peeled kiwi
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Blend your chosen fruit with honey and water until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture if desired (recommended for raspberry and passion fruit).
  • Pour into freezer pop molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer bag for later use.

Notes

Make a batch of each flavor and store in a zip-top bag once frozen for a ready-to-go snack!
For smoother popsicles, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt to the mixture.
Use the ripest fruit possible for the best flavor.
Adjust honey to taste depending on the natural sweetness of your fruit.
Run molds under warm water for 20-30 seconds to easily release popsicles.
