- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks 70% cacao or higher
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- ½ cup roasted peanuts unsalted
- ½ cup walnuts roughly chopped
Toast the peanuts and walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
Melt the chocolate and ghee in a heatproof bowl using a microwave or double boiler.
Fold the nuts into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
