  • Piping bag with small round tip (or plastic bag)
  • Large rimmed baking sheet
  • Airtight freezer containers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz fresh strawberries chopped (½ cup)
  • 2 oz fresh mango chopped (½ cup)
  • 2 oz dragonfruit flesh chopped (½ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, plus extra to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Puree all chopped fruits in blender until completely smooth
  • Whisk yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt in large bowl until combined
  • Gently fold fruit puree into yogurt mixture, creating natural swirls
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Transfer mixture to piping bag and pipe dime-sized dots onto parchment
  • Freeze 1-2 hours until solid
  • Transfer to airtight containers for storage

Notes

Chill mixture for 30 minutes before piping in warm kitchens
Let dots sit 1-2 minutes at room temperature before serving for best texture
Store up to 2 months in freezer when properly sealed
