Peanut Butter Chocolate Grapes

  • Small bowls
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark red grapes washed and dried
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry grapes. Insert toothpicks if using.
  • Dip each grape in peanut butter until fully coated.
  • Roll peanut butter-coated grapes in crushed peanuts. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip each peanut-coated grape in melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
  • Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

Use frozen grapes for an extra refreshing treat.
Try almond butter or cashew butter for a different flavor twist.
