Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup protein powder I use Equip Protein Powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract or vanilla extract
  • A dash of salt
  • cup chocolate chips- ⅓ cup gluten-free M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, and a dash of salt.
  • Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond extract (or vanilla extract). Stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips and gluten-free M&Ms.
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
