Funny story — I accidentally ordered a giant Hershey’s Kiss from Amazon 😱 I thought I was ordering the smaller large ones (Idk if that makes sense) and instead I got one giant one! It all worked out, though, because who doesn’t love a peanut butter blossom?

The only thing better than a peanut butter blossom is a HUGE peanut butter blossom!
Peanut Butter Blossoms are classic cookies. They're made up of peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and a Hershey's kiss. This cookie is special because it's giant.
Ingredients
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Peanut butter
- Unsalted butter, melted
- Eggs
- Gluten-free flour
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- A giant Hershey's kiss

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat granulated sugar, butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, and egg together. Add in the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Form the dough into one large ball and lay it on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes. The outside should just be starting to crack.
Unwrap the giant Hershey's kiss and gently press it into the top of the large cookie. Let the cookie cool and enjoy!

Storage
Store this giant cookie in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Top tip
Have a sharp knife on hand so you can slice this cookie up like a cake.
