Sometimes you just need a sweet treat made with wholesome ingredients. That's when it's time to make these mixed-nut chocolate bites. They're made in less than ten minutes and look so fancy!

You can add other toppings besides mixed nuts like shaved coconut, dried fruit, or even chocolate chips.

Ingredients

- Dark chocolate chips
- Mixed nuts
- Edible dried flowers (optional)

Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate is smooth.
Scoop one spoonful of chocolate on the parchment paper and use a swirling motion to create a circle. Repeat until the baking sheet is full of chocolate circles.
Top each circle with a tablespoon of mixed nuts. Garnish with dried flowers.
Let cool until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
Hint: let the chocolate harden in the fridge for a super speedy dessert.

Storage
Store these nut and chocolate bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
Top tip
Use a small spoon to scoop the chocolate. This will make smaller chocolate bites.

- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon Edible dried flowers optional
