- Add in the four cups powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- Gently roll out the dough on a piece of parchment paper sprinkled with a generous amount of powdered sugar.
- Cut out mini circles of the dough and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is a room temperature after melting.
- After the dough has been chilling for 20 minutes, take out dip each patty into the chocolate. Lay back on a parchment-lined baking sheet and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
A note on the freeze-dried strawberries
I like to grind my freeze-dried strawberries into a powder before mixing into the condensed milk mixture. This gives the patty a beautiful pink color!
