This is perfect for any night you're craving ice cream. It's easy to make this strawberry nice cream, and it's also great in the summer months. Plus, it has lots of protein from the greek yogurt.
This recipe for strawberry frozen yogurt was inspired by my strawberry shortcake recipe and my whipped strawberry butter.

Ingredients
This recipe calls for only three ingredients: strawberries, greek yogurt, and honey.
- Frozen Strawberries
- Greek Yogurt: I use plain and unsweetened Greek yogurt.
- Honey: any honey will work.

Instructions
Combine frozen strawberries, greek yogurt, and honey in a food processor.
Puree until there are no chunks and the mixture is smooth.
Pour into a metal loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 12 hours.
Remove from the freezer after 12 hours and let thaw for 15 minutes. Scoop and enjoy!
Hint: It can be helpful to briefly thaw the frozen yogurt for 15 minutes after removing from the freezer to make it easier to scoop.
Substitutions
- Frozen strawberries - instead of frozen strawberries, use fresh strawberries.
- Unsweetened greek yogurt - use flavored greek yogurt instead of plain unsweetened greek yogurt.
Variations
- Vanilla - add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mixture before freezing.
- Chocolate chips - add ½ cup chocolate chips to the mixture before freezing.

Storage
Store in the freezer wrapped in plastic wrap and a freezer-safe plastic bag for up to a month. You can also store in an airtight container. Let the nice cream thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
