    Easy Gluten-Free Meatballs (5 ingredients)

    These meatballs are gluten-free, easy to make, and so delicious. The meatballs are baked and full of delicious flavor! Plus, it's only 5 ingredients.

    Ingredients

    • Ground beef
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Dried parsley
    • Gluten-free bread crumbs
    • Parmesan cheese
    • Eggs
    • Onion

    Instructions

    Set the oven to broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, dried parsley, gluten-free bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix until completely combined.

    Using a cookie scoop, form the mixture into round balls and line on the baking sheet.

    Once all the meatballs are formed, sprinkle the top with one roughly chopped onion.

    Broil in the oven for 18 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.

    Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.

    Storage

    Freeze the cooked meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once the meatballs are completely frozen, store them in an airtight container or in a large ziplock bag for up to two months.

    Top tip

    Use precut parchment paper to line the baking sheets.
