Baileys Buttercream Frosting with Strawberries is a great recipe for summertime celebrations or birthday parties.

This recipe was inspired by my recipe for strawberry butter and pairs well with my strawberry cut-out cookies.

Hint: Use an electric mixer to mix the buttercream really well. Find the one I use HERE.

    Substitutions

    • Fresh strawberries - use frozen strawberries instead of fresh strawberries. Just microwave the strawberries for a minute and let them cool completely before adding to the buttercream.

    FAQ

Yes! You can leave out the alcohol. Replace it with a tablespoon of water instead.

Store the frosting in an airtight container for up to a month in the fridge. Let it come to room temperature before using it. Re-whip the frosting to bring it back to life before serving.
